Gold colors, especially rose gold eyeshadows. Curl your lashes and mascara. For your hair, what hair type do you have? The color of your hair doesn't effect looks really.

If you want your eyes to look more green use more pink/red based colors shades you'd find in the Naked 3 palette. Cranberry shades or even burgundy etc.but, the shades that are darker than your eyes will also make them look brighter

If you want them to enhance the more Golden hue then use more purple or blue based shades like lavender, violet, eggplant, navy, etc

Red complements green.
Purple complements yellow tones and blue complements orange tones.
So just keep that in mind.

I love plum/ violet on brown eyes. Even blues- navy eyeliner makes the whites of your eyes look whiter. Neutrals like gold, brown, taupe are universally flattering on all skin tones, but the warmth of gold is especially pretty on brown eyes.
