What eye makeup and lip color would match my shirt? Since it is navy stripes I'd like more neutral colors :) pictures would be helpful!

I would say to go for a light gold for your mid lid, and maybe a dark brown or dark gold for crease and for your out crease I would use a tad bit of black and blend well. This will make your eyes pop with that outfit. As for lips, I'd go for a matte medium pink and liner. Hope this helped!!
