I have never had the guts to dye my hair pastel, but I have always loved the way it looks!
I have recently heard about temporary pastel conditioners, Urban Outfitters carries a few different brands. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these temporary color products.
I will be vacationing on the beach for two weeks in a few months, and I was wondering if the color would completely wash out by the end, because I cannot return with pastel hair. I am specifically looking at the brand tinge. They have a wide range of colors and they specifically state that the conditioner is better with bleached hair, which I will have as of tomorrow. My only worry is that it might stain my hair..
If any of you have any experiences with this type of product in general, or with this specific brand, I would love to hear them! And this brand offers a wide range of color choices, such as purple, pink, and turquoise, which one would be safest for bleached hair? By this I mean the least likely to stain.

I've never heard of the brand so I have no constructive input. I just wanted to say that you'd look super cute with pastel pink hair!!

Your hair would have to be bleached to a very pale blonde for any pastel to show up. pastels in general fade very fast so I would assume you would be safe. try a small piece underneath your hair and see what happens.

Thank you Kelly! tomorrow I am going almost platinum, so hopefully that is light enough! I will definitely do a test strand, great advice!

You would need to lighten your hair to a level 10 or higher for a pastel color to show. As a hairdresser, pastels really don't last long at all. I would suggest a pink because it will wash out the quickest. Temporary color doesn't damage the hair so don't worry. Not too familiar with any store brands because their not professional color lines so unfortunately I can't help you there. Best of luck T K.
