For a few days I would use conditioner when you are in the shower and after you wash your hair. Of course after bleaching, dyeing, or highlighting your hair it will feel dry. But if you use conditioner for a few days it will be better, not by a whole lot, but better

I'd use shampoo as normal but then use a little more conditioner and focus on conditioning the dry parts

You could also use a leave in conditioner on the dryer parts or do deep conditioning treatments

Use the macadamia deep conditioner repair mask. Use it as a treatment a few times a week. Also you can try "it's a 10" protein spray or the aphogee hair treatment. Works well to recover damaged hair.

When I got highlights a couple years ago my hair was fried! What I did was use deep conditioning masks at least 3 times a week, leave my conditioner in longer when showering. But most of that helped for a little it didn't help repair it. Honestly cutting it is what actually helped because it was so fried and straw like too. Have you considered cutting it?

I love the Macadamia Deep Conditioner (you can buy a travel size for about $10 at Ulta and it last forever). As far as shampoo goes I like Nexxus Color, Redken, Pureology. Also for a heads up for next time, ask your hair stylist for Olaplex (it cost a little more; but everyone varies on their prices; my stylist charges about $10). But it makes a huge difference, it repairs your hair when coloring, instead of just coating the outside. I use it everytime I get my hair done, even though I don't necessarily "need" it for my hair since its very healthy; but it transformed my hair when I was doing it lighter!

I had long but stringy hair and I found that no product was helping. I just ended up giving it a trim and doing a better job at maintaining it healthy. I don't apply heat often and I try to do hair treatments at least once a week since I don't wash my hair often

Hey! I highly recommend coconut oil as a hair mask. You can also condition with it to substitute it with regular conditioner- just until your hair improves!
