At the end of November last year I got my hair ombré which left me with over half my half blonde which I still absolutely love. However recently one thing I have noticed is that is has started to turn slightly brassy and orangey toned. Obviously this is not what I want and so have done some research and found out that using a purple or lilac shampoo can help with the brassy tones. I'm looking for a good purple shampoo that works so any recommendations? Obviously I know I could just go to the salon again and have them put some toner on it but I want to try out purple shampoo and see if it helps at all.

I like the Matrix So Silver for my hair. It's a little pricey compared to others but it's the only one I've found that I like the formula of. Most leave my hair too greasy and weighed down.

Definitely the Matrix Silver shampoo, you don't even need much and it works amazing

Lush's Daddy-O is really good for canceling brassiness from blonde hair... you could talk to them in your nearest store and ask them if that would work for you :)

My favorite is the John Frieda one. It's cheap and works better than any other I've tried.
