Styling Suggestions? Top & Dress.

I got a top from Target and a dress from Forever 21 (that hopefully fits, I ordered it online) and I'm looking for any kind of styling suggestions!

The top is cropped, nude with black lace. I'm thinking a black skater skirt and nude or black heels but I'm open to other suggestions!

The dress is is dark gray, bodycon, with side cutouts. I'm at a loss as to what else to wear with it.
