I would do like a messy bun type hair do or curl it and then just do some concealer only where you need it and just mascara on the eyes. Then do a red lip that fits your skin tone. I think the eyes make it natural enough to go out to eat but then the red lips dress it up for the party and if the restaurant is fancy. Also the simple eyes make the red lip look chic. For shoes I would do some cute booties:) hope this helps:)
