One part Organic, unfiltered apple cider cut with 3 parts water. Apply morning and night with a pure cotton puff. Test patch your skin, as always. That should work for starters.
BHA''s chemically exfoliate and are very effective for treating and preventing blackheads. I recommend Paula's Choice BHA.
Using a pure cotton pillowcase changed every 3rd day (or silk) also benefits skin. If you decide to use BHA and experience some dryness, CeraVe or Cetaphil is a nice, gentle moisturizer. I'd also be sure to use a sunscreen as acids make skin more photosensitive.

Exfoliate (I like Garniers Invigorating Daily Exfoliator, its green and white bottle and its super minty and refreshing) and use Biore pore strips. The pore strips might not work the first time, just keep using them.

I agree with miss roz :) the BHA exfoliant by Paula's choice is a life saver! Another alternative is an AHA if your skin is on the sensitive side.

Have you tried using a blackhead extracting tool?
