Ulta or Sephora or another place??

So where do you prefer to buy your shopping for makeup? I personally go to Ulta because I live closer to an Ulta & I think you get the best of both worlds! What are your guys favorite place to buy makeup!?

I go to both because each carries things the other doesn't. But if they both have the same product, I'll get it at Sephora for the points and also because they give samples.

So I'm on both ends sephora and ulta for different reasons, I love the lines sephora has but hate there rewards program, I love ultas reward program but there lines arent anything amazing to me as of yet they either have what sephora has or some other lines that are ok

Sephora because I'm pretty sure there is no Ulta in Canada. Though the only other popular makeup place here is Mac and I chose Sephora because of it's return policy.

I'm the same as Lili. The brands at Sephora are more my speed, but Ulta's reward system is 10x better. Sephora is a bit easier for me to get to though, so I probably go there a bit more.

I prefer shopping at Ulta. I like that they have both high end and drugstore brands. And the rewards program is amazing! + for platnium members you get exclusive sale offers and have early access to new products. I do wish that Ulta carried more brands like Kat von d and bite.

I shop at sephora because I live in Canada where there is no ulta, but there is shoppers drug mart that has the beauty beautique and sells almost all of the same products as ulta, various drugstore and some high end stuff. I love the rewards program there, it's very similar to ulta where you earn points that get to redeem like cash.
I still prefer sephora for the brands they carry.

Sephora! The Ulta near me is AWFUL! Their employees are so rude! Been to other Ulta's so I know they aren't all bad, but this one is so horrible.

I shop at both but lately I've been shopping at Sephora a ton more than Ulta. I think it just depends on what brands are coming out with new products since they don't carry all of the same brands or if I'm looking for a specific type of product and I know one store will have more/better options than the other.
