So I painted my nails on Tuesday and I just took it off and (I painted my nails red) and now my nails have red stains all over it... Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried taking it off with nail polish remover but it's not coming off😑

This usually happens from not using a base coat. For future reference I'd recommend using a base coat, your polish of choice, followed by a top coat.
To remove you may need pure acetone, you can try filing and buffing to remove the polish too

Thank you girlys! So I decided to cut them (for multiple reasons) and I actually like it (but don't worry I'm going to grow them out again!) anyway thanks for your help!!

I wouldn't ever buff nails, by the way. It strips layers off of your nail.
