For mascara I love lights camera splashes by Tarte, I can get through a shower and washing my face without it running!

I'm not quite sure if there is a truly waterproof foundation out there but I could be wrong. Here are some that are pretty water resistant though…

Foundation:

I second the Tarte Lights! Camera! Splashes! and the MUFE Face and Body Foundation. Light to buildable medium coverage with slight luminousity. Incredibly water resistant. For full coverage, Dermablend.
Liner, especially on the waterline or for tightlining, Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen/Pencil is fantastic. (Target online. The store is often sold out)

As far as a concealer, any sort of wax based jar concealer will work as long as you're sure to really set it.
The wax will repel water.

As far as eyeliner the MAC Liquidlast is great but a drugstore dupe is the Infinite liner from Milani.

Mascara, the Neutrogena waterproof one is good

You can mix the MUFE Aqua Seal with pretty much any product and lock it in that way. I use it often!

Thanks everyone!! I just picked up the new Milani foundation today and it's water resistant. I'll be checking out the MUFE sealing product, as well as the mascara & liner suggestions. Thanks again!

MUFE full cover is waterproof that feels so lightweight it's my fave - for mascara I like the Clinique high impact waterproof - it works well for me but it's tough to take off (but to me that just shows how great it is :P) then eyeliner I like the UD 24/7 pencil liners they work well for me.
