Any ladies use CeraVe Hydrating cream?

Do any ladies use this product before bed or after? I don't need this to remove makeup but just bkus I have dry skin and need a daily rountine good for my skin since I do get flakes on my forehead and some flakey spots. lmk f you ladies used it and the results.
