I'm in between shades with everything unfortunately. Moving on the MAC makeup artist suggested NC45 for my blemishes and says that it will oxidize. NC45 is slightly lighter and NC50 is too dark. What should I do? My foundation is slightly darker than my skin and concealer.

Usually when someone is in middle shades and want the perfect shade, they will just mix the two foundations. Otherwise if I don't want to buy two shades I just buy the lighter one and put bronzer on since it's just slightly lighter! :)

I agree with Livi, I usually buy the shade that's a little lighter and just warm up my face with bronzer or mix the two shades.

I'm trying to understand what your saying, you said the Mac person told you that the product shade suggested to you would oxidize?

I'd get a different concealer like AMAZING COSMETICS Concealer. Way more shades to choose from.

You can just invest in adjusters to achieve the finish color. :)
