I personally go with sephoras make up forever liquid foundation it's the best foundation I've used and has the most coverage I've seen

Nars coverage from their Sheer Glow or All-day Luminous foundations give you a sheer or light/medium coverage. As for Mac, I consider their foundations to be medium built to full, and full coverage. Nars and Mac of course are two different lines that carry multilevel foundations, but to me this is my personal experience therefore I generalize them as I did.

And as for lasting, medium/full coverage I prefer Mac. Currently using Match Master (dries matte) set with Palladio rice powder (from Sally's) and I get a good medium coverage.

All day luminous is actually medium to full. I didn't think it was but one drop covers ALOT! lol I really like this one because it really does feel lightweight on the skin. I use a stippling brush to apply :)
