Have you thought of putting glitter over? Lorac has these bottles full of liquid glitter that you tap over what ever it is you want to sparkle there called liquid lusters there supper pretty and belive me they work I have some if you want me to demonstrate it just let me know 😊

Do you mean like a metallic sheen or straight up glitter? for more of a shimmer coastal scents has some very pigmented shadows and some of their shimmers and glittery eyeshadows are comparable to makeup geeks foiled eyeshadows, which I also recommend they are just a bit more. coastal scents also has loose glitter and bh cosmetics has some for 5 bucks.

Alma likes the Palladio Crushed eyeshadows, I have never tried them because we don't have Palladio in Italy (despite the name!), but you should definitely try them out, they are an affordable dupe for KVD metal crush! Of course this is great if you want metallic sheen and not straight up glitter... ;)

Makeup Geek Foiled eyeshadows are so stunning! But if you want glitter, I would recommend the MAC Glitter range or the Makeup Geek Sparklers are amazing as well. Anastasia Beverly Hills metallic eyeshadows are gorgeous sparkly eye shadows as well.
