Red rash around my eyes.

This morning I woke up and noticed lots of tiny red bumps all under the outer half of my eyes. It feels dry, but not itchy. My eyes themselves feel fine too, there's just all these red dots! I'm not sure what to do. Do any of you have any idea what it could be? I thought maybe it was eczema but I don't have the symptoms that it could be. Thank you.

Have you used any new products at all on yourself or in your house? Even a new detergent can affect.

I suggest holding a wet washcloth to the rash and if it goes away with that

I have gotten the same thing for me it's when I rub my eyes really hard with makeup wipes or anything else so definitely maybe lay of some of the make up products with your eyes because I define think you have hives that don't itch
