I'm not sure if this would be allowed or not, but I was wondering how to deal with a stress/ anxiety induced rash on my chest area? I know that it's from stress since I get them sometimes during large stress and right now I'm dealing with a death in the family and moving across the country, but I was wondering if any of you had any tips or products to help speed along getting rid of it? I always have them for a few days to a week and I just want it gone as soon as possible. I know that the biggest tip would be to just try to relax and wait it out, but I thought I'd ask just in case lol. Thank you guys in advance for your answers!!

You could try grinding up oatmeal into a fine powder and adding 1/2 a cup to a bathe. Oatmeal it good at helping with rashes.
You could also try aroma therapy with lavender essential oil to help with stress.
You could also try making a type of mask using oatmeal and honey.
Then apply some coconut oil or olive oil with a drop or two of lavender essential oil to the skin once or twice a day.
I also find that applying ice to the area helps a little

Put a cold washcloth on it for 10 minutes that usually makes the rash go away for me

I used to get quite bad rashes due to stress and I wasn't aware of that for ages but the reason they kept getting worse was that I scratched them in my sleep and wouldn't stop doing though until the stress was gone. If you feel like you do the same, it might help to cover them up during sleep, e.g. for the ones on my fingers I got a bandage that covers the whole finger and I put on a thick layer if antiseptic cream before putting it on. A couple of weeks ago I randomly started getting rashes on my face (they may well have been stress related), and I put some E45 cream on them which worked like a dream, they were almost gone after one night and completely after 2-3 nights.
