So this thing popped up on my face, I'm not sure what it is it's not itchy or anything. Would you guys have any idea as to what it is?

It either looks like a spot or ruptured capillaries. I'd leave it for a few days and see how it ends up.

Try using a green concealer to neautralize it then use foundation over it to mask the greenness.
