My face just broke out full on and I have a really important date to go on Sunday and I need to know the best way to get rid of it and or cover it up.

I can't tell you how to get rid of it because I am struggling with acne myself. A good person to ask that seems to know a lot about skincare would be Rozberry :) She gave me tons of great options for my skin type and helped a bunch!
As for covering up your acne, I like to use a full coverage concealer and foundation. I use the Revlon Colorstay and Maybelline Fit Me Concealer! You can also try a color correcting palette to help hide any imperfections as well :)

There's no way to have it fully cleared by Sunday. If they're still red by then the use a green color corrector, followed by your foundation, and then skin tone concealer if there's still discoloration peaking through. A raised bump is going to look like a raised bump, however, so you can't really "cover up" the texture.

Hey Rayne, I would use a clay based face mask I used on eof the nivea ones and I've found it helped get rid of most of my break outs )

Use ice for like one ( 1 ) min wherever your pimples are there it and if it is the white head type first dip the cloth in warm water and apply to the pimple then make sure the white head is like soft and squishy then take a needle and gently pop it press with your fingers gently until the pus comes out and wash that area with warm water and apply ice it should go by tomorrow
It actually helped me I think you should try too:)
