New Daily Sunscreen

I need some help to find a new daily moisturizer/sunscreen. I'm pretty sure the one I'm using has broken me out.
I haven't used it very much, consistently, before now but I had been using it a lot the past couple days since it was kind of getting sunnier outside (even though I know you should wear it all the time)

anyways I broke out after wearing it like three days in a row, a little more than my usual acne. SO any products you can recommend for sensitive/acne prone skin?

Oh by the way the one I'm using is the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunscreen - Broad Spectrum SPF 55.

I have dry, sensitive skin and love CeraVe AM with the pump. It's unscented, lightly moisturizing, broad spectrum, and acne friendly in my experience. My Derm recommended it and I always have a bottle on hand. You can find it at any drugstore and it offers an SPF of 30.

Another option is the MyBody Protect & Serve. My Derm sells this line. I own a tube and love the light feel on my skin. Sometimes, since it's tinted, I wear it alone and it certainly works as a primer/sunscreen combo. It is never heavy and is formulated for acne-prone and sensitive skin with an nod toward anti-aging. It does contain silicone, which is why is smooths as a primer, so if you don't like silicone in your products, you wouldn't care for it. I really do enjoy this though, but it's expensive. This would be a splurge. It's nice for touching up SPF when I'm wearing foundation.

I think of all of the formulas, the CeraVe is the kindest for those with acne or those who are acne prone or have Rosacea, etc. They make higher SPF formulas, but I always go back to the 30 lotion. The others are a bit thick for me and the ingredients are not as calming as the pump. It's not heavy or oily. If I had to chose just one, I'd go with the CeraVe. It has beneficial, anti-aging Ceramides, it's affordable and easy to find. It also has Niacinamide (which helps cell communicate with one another and keep skin elastic/often prescribed for acne orally and topically), plus it's got Hyaluronic acid, which is going to keep skin plump and hydrated. It's just a perfect formula.

Nathalie, I know you don't like Silicone. I'm not against it, but honestly, it would be nice to see more formulas for sunscreen without it. Every formula that comes to mine, such as the Exuviance Sheer 50 has silicone in it. If anyone would know, I'm guessing it would be kitty. I'm going to make a point to look for one now though. :/

I've been looking as well. Honest Beauty, sold at ulta, is silicone free etc. they have tinted moisturizers as well regular ones as well.

Hey Jackie, thanks! I don't live in the US, so it's probably hard for my to find that one.

Regarding silicone, I'm not totally against it. For example in a blurring primer. My hg foundation has it also. But I'm searching for a water based hydrating mask (no oils or very little and no silicone) because otherwise I have to wash my face after and that will dry it out again. Unfortunately I can't find it still. :(

You wanted a sheet mask, right? I had left a suggestion on your profile, but didn't take into account what you *didn't* want. I remember you liked the Sephora mask, but those have a high percentage of oil in them. I was going to try the Lotus one tonight.

If you don't mind silicone, the Exuviance Sheer is really nice.

Jackie, I've read a lot of scary reviews and seen some yikes pics on the Honest sunscreen. I don't know if they're valid, but it does make me leery.

Wow! That honest sunscreen is really scary, just looked up pictures on Amazon. I think it's so ineffective because there are a lot of oils in the ingredients and the zinc in there is not enough to protect the skin. Don't people use tanning oils to achieve a faster tan? I feel so bad for the people and their kids!

Regarding the honest cream, I had heard about the scandal before, but somehow I didn't tilt. I think it was not the only product from her brand to create problems.

Rozberry: I haven't tried physical in a long time. I still have a lot to finish before buying a new tube, but now I wear it daily, so it's going fast. I just found out last week where to buy dermalogica in my country! So I might check out that option! Many thanks.
