Are you looking for an eye primer or one for the face? And what is your budget? I know that Urban Decay reigns supreme when it comes to eye primers. Lorac also has a great eye primer as well. For the face Hourglass primers are awesome but very pricey. Smashbox also has a huge range of face primers to address various issues.

I really like the Kat Von D high voltage eye primer. I also really like her face primer too. But for some thing more perfecting, like texture wise, make forever had a very nice one. I haven't really tried the drug store stuff, but I know Rimmel hasdone for cheap. Their products are usually fry good quality so it might be worth checking out.

I recently bought smashbox and too faced. and I like the too faced better because you can wear it under your make up or alone and it still has a noce coverage
