Do they feel warm at all? It's probably best to see a doctor if it doesn't go away in a couple days. How long have you had them for? It actually reminds me of the effect of stinging nettle, did you go hiking?

We just dealt with ringworm outbreak at my youngest school. Ringworm would itch like the dickens. It looks like razor burn to me. The best thing to do is cease shaving for several weeks (yes...I know...tough to do) and utilize a antibacterial soap to help clear it up so it doesn't scar your skin. What causes razor burn is shaving incorrectly...repeatedly going over the same section while applying too much pressure thus allowing bacteria to enter into hair follicle. Another cause is using a razor that is past its prime...after 4 uses its best to toss. Before you use a razor its always best to rinse it with alcohol before proceeding with a shave...this kills any nastiness that is on the razor. I stopped shaving because I too use to deal with razor burn from time to time (shaving in a rush and trying to get a close shave) so I just use a depilatory or go in for a pro wax. It has definitely reduce scarring for me and annoying razor burn.

I hate to say it... but those look like bed bug bites. A friend of ours got them from a movie theater and that is EXACTLY what they looked like... sometimes you won't even see it anywhere and the bites don't show up until awhile after you've been bitten. You could have been bitten somewhere you have been or could have brought them home.. :(
