I agree, Dillard's is amazing! I always find the perfect dress from there when I have military ball. JCPenny has good dresses too and they have a good shoe selection too. You can also go on Promgirl.com but you won't be able to try the dress on. So unless you have a good idea of what looks good on you I wouldnt buy your dress online.
