I actually really like the monroe piercing on you. I think a smaller stud would look nice, one where you hardly notice it until the light hits it and it shimmers into view.

Becareful if you do take it out because I had mine pierced for over two years and just last week I took it out thinking I'd be able to put it back in a few weeks but like two days later it was completely closed.
