Definitely without. Those piercings remind me of like young emo girls honestly lol. I think it just takes away from a persons beauty because it kinda becomes the centre point on your face. If you're dead set on keeping it definitely ditch the dark black topper. Go for something more feminine like a smaller diamond stud.
