For years now I've been an avid Chapstick user -- Burt's Bees, EOS, SoftLips, BabyLips, and recently lots of Carmex. My lips rarely get chapped but they're usually on the drier side. Maybe from constantly relying on chapsticks, I'm not really sure. I was just wondering if anyone knew any good lip moisturizers or balms that really make a difference, because it sort of ruins the possibility of lipsticks for me since they get kind of cakey and sometimes form that white line on the inside.

No. 7 lip treatment is hands down the best I've ever used, and my lips get really chapped. Rose salve is good too, but (like vaseline) takes a longggg time to absorb.
