I would most likely do a tight or messy bun for an updo or my hair down and straight. As for makeup, I'd personally pile on the waterproof mascara and choose a nice long lasting lip color.

Okay so I did an experiment this past few weeks... And it turns out the more sophisticated you look, the more looks and smiles and acknowledgment you'll get compaired to baring it all out then like no one will acknowledge you till you walk away. So I'd wear skinny jeans a sheer top with a spaghetti strap undershirt in the same color, and a scarf, since it's still rather chilly out here especially at night in the mountains. I'd keep it Confy in flats, makeup I'd keep it fresh faced with a slight smoked eye, not heavy though as you'll probably get hot inside under the lights (it does get rather sweaty in a club, think body heat) hair I'd pull up in to a curly pony tail to keep it off your face, but still keeping some movement!! Have fun!! I have cousins in kewlona and a sister in Coquitlam!! Love the area!

Wow it amazes me how different cultures can be! I am from Latin America and here what's considered best, as in if you have the time/money/etc.are dresses. Like yeah sometimes you can go out in your day outfit like the ones shown on this thread depending on where you are going but for the most part, you would wear a dress if you could (I'm sucking at explaining right now). So yeah.. I would suggest a party dress and heels you.you.

I agree Kattya! Where I'm from, you generally wear tight short dresses and show as much as possible haha and of course heels. I have never seen people dress so casually to a club. I do some some people in shorts and heels or leggings. Generally though it's all party dresses

Kewlona is in the mountains of BC Canada, I'm not in the mountains but it's still coldish in southern saskatchewan with snow... And everytime I've go out, I've seen tons of people in skinny jeans, unless it's the actual summer months of June july August..

I say the same things as kattya and kel, where I'm from clubs won't even allow you in if your dressed casually. bars yeah probably, but clubs deff more like dress or skirt , skinny jeans with crop top and deff heels kinda attire.

I'm a New Yorker and when I go out I see both. Generally, I tend to wear dresses and skirts to clubs, but I do wear jeans or leggings when I go bar hopping. One of my go-to looks as of lately has been leather leggings and pumps. You can definitely wear them to a club as well. I see it all the time.
If it's cold and you want to wear a dress, put a pair of tights underneath. Lacey black ones are always cute :)

In Chicago, you see both..depending on the $ of the club. I avoid clubs and stick with metal bars, but I don't think you need to flash a ton of flesh as a rule. I wear lots of leather and that's often more sexy and edgy than the Mariah Carey clones that eyeball me. ;)

In my opinion I like the sexy but classy look. to me baring it all with short dresses and plunging necklines give the wrong idea. I'm all for wearing a tight skirt or fitted dress but I like it in an appropriate length where if I bend over you don't see anything lol. I really like wearing a nice tight fitted skirt just above the knee and a cute peplum shirt or a sheer shirt. where I live you see a variety of people who dress casual and more dressy. just keep in mind the people you want to attract at a club and plan your outfit accordingly. I hope you have a great weekend! my birthday is also coming up this weekend :)
