Hair bleaching ideas?

So soon I'm going to get some of my hair bleached so I can do some colored streaks and stuff but I have no idea how I should do it. Should I just do the bottom layer? Peekaboo strands? some pictures would be great girls, thank you :) and by the way any ideas are welcome, except for doing my while head :)
