I always tone my hair wet and it works. But my sister is in beauty school and she says it works better when it's dry but my hair is already damage and I don't want to blow dry it right now I have a hot Oil treatments after this I'm going to tone it then put a hair mask do you think I should do a dry or wet?!?

Definitely dry. Just air dry it. It'll take awhile but it'll save your hair from the damage.

Pro for 14 years...always tone wet. it can absorb too much if it's dry, especially if your hair is damaged.
