Can I say this is a smokey eye?

No, a smokey eye is more of a gradient. Still a gorgeous eye look, though.

No, a smokey eye has at least 2 different colors, one being on the lid, & the other being blended in the crease & outer corner of the eye. but it's still cute! I really like your eyeliner :)

Actually, Mariana, that's a gradient eye. Just with a smokey effect to it rather than sharp edges. A Smokey Eye is classified as a dark color on the lid fading into a lighter shade (normally of that color) into the crease. Also, Smokey eyes typically don't have liner. I'll post a picture of an example :) Trust me, I'm still getting smokey eyes down because I keep doing them wrong lol I am in no way discrediting anyone, this is just what I have learned in my research and what I've been told/shown by people on here. But it's still very pretty!

Tessandra is correct. A Smokey eye is dark all over the lid and fades into a lighter version of that color fading upwards.

Exactly what tessandra said.

Mindy, with a little more blending into a second transition color, it'll turn out to be a great smokey eye! Good job!

Exactly what the others said. A smokey eye typically doesn't have eyeliner either.

Agree with tessandra but it doesn't have to have to colours.

Naz, I said that it's normally one color, like in my first picture. But with black/blue smokey eyes people sometimes like to warm up the looks with brown/rust color like my second picture :) There are a couple different ways to do it, I just thought I'd show the two most common ways to do one :) I love your name by the way!
