Argan oil is fine for already healthy hair, I would use coconut oil which have a lot of benefits, Argan oils just seal in the moisturiser!

I love both macadamia or coconut, sorry I'm not much help lol I've heard good things about olive oil tho

Idk if this oil is okay but I love it. I use it more from the middle to the ends. But I also use it in conjunction with garniers smoothing milk.
