How to use the Urban Decay Lip Pencil in Ozone?

This is probably a stupid question but I got the Urban Decay Lip Pencil in Ozone in my Ipsy bag and I don't know how to use it. Do you just outline your lips with it like a normal lip liner or should you also fill in your entire lip area?

You can use it either way and u can use it to outline outside your lips as well to prevent feathering since its clear😊

I used it for my entire lip area and it dried my lips out so freaking bad. It was terrible. The sample glosses are gorgeous tho.

I just bought that lip pencil yesterday and used it today! I lined my lips and filled them in with the pencil. It really helped my UD Revolution Lip Gloss stay put (/

I use it on the whole lip only when I'm using a lipstick that doesn't last well on its own, and it helps a lot. It is a bit drying though. So if you're using a lipstick with some staying power or don't mind reapplying, just line your lips with it.

I have a similar pencil from sephora brand I think? Or occ.. Anyways I just overline my lips slightly. I treat it as a barrier for my lipstick so it doesn't bleed outside the "barrier"
