Any Essence blush :) they're cheap, and pretty decent quality :) if you want something a bit more High end, I really like dandelion and rockateur by Benefit

How young is young? I would say a light peachy blush is nice and natural for young girl. Andvi agree essences silky blushes is nice for the price.

Wet n wild pearlescent ink. It will be your bestfriend. Its light but sheer rosy, also not strongly pigmented, looks like a natural flush of color on cheeks. And its cheap! :)
