I think because of the straps you should wear your hair down with some loose curls and lots of volume :) as for makeup, perhaps a neutral eye with a bold dark red lip. Or a nude lip with a smokey eye. Try looking through the beautylish photo section for inspiration, there's tons of talent here :)
