They look like eyelashes from most Japanese/asian websites, I think there's a website called prettyandcute.com that has a couple like these! Also it looks like she put them a bit farther then her outer corner so it gives it more of a winged/longer eye effect.

I also just found a new brand of lashes thats called koko, lots of them look similar to this, I'd check them out too :)
