It really depends on the foundation you use, some work better with a beauty blender other with a brush :) I'm pretty new to the beauty blender, only had it for... 2 months I believe... It's really good!! it gives a beautiful finish!

Yes I agree with Sabrina, for example, the MUFE HD for ME only looks good with a beauty blender because it doesn't make the foundation cling to my dry patches. With my UD naked skin, I can use either one but usually the BB just makes the foundation look really smooth. I don't use the BB every time I use foundation because I don't want it to get dirty so often lol. Complexion Brushes that I recommend are super soft and is VERY easy to clean are the IT brushes for Ulta (the domed brush) if you've seen them.

Both.I would use a sponge or my fingers to apply foundation and than a brush over that to work on the problem areas more. But if I had to choose one, just for foundation, I would choose the sponge.

I agree about the sponges. I acually do use dollar tree sponges lol. But I've tryed the high end beauty blender and there no difference to me ither.

My problem is that, when
I apply liquid foundation it looks so flawless, but after I put finishing poweder , it looks my foundation is gone...
I shouldn't apply powder with brushes? sponge is better?

What do you mean your foundation is gone? I usually just set lightly with translucent powder with a very big loose powder brush and just lightly set it.

I second Jacqueline here, I don't understand the hype either. I would rather use a brush.

It's seems I make it removing with big loose powder brush when I set powder :(

The beauty blender in my opinion is better it's spreads the foundation out evenly and gives a flawless look in the end

I use both. The BB when I want to use thicker foundations. Are you letting your foundation dry before you powder? And are you rubbing really hard with the powder brush?

I just got that real technics sponge and I do NOT get the hype at all!! if you like a light coverage or a "natural" look go with the sponge but I love a FULL coverage foundation that's the point I put it on, and you have to constantly clean them and they just look nasty and stain and they will need to be replaced more than brushes. The only thing I see them good for is really thick concealer as it smears and makes everything more light looking. I love my brushes over a sponge any day of the week lol.

BB!

I love my beauty blender because I like a full coverage. BBs pack and push the makeup into you skin and cover all the angles whereas a brush will give you a more natural finish. They are also good for putting a highlighting powder on under eyes and blending. I'm a little obsessed haha :)
