Hey girls! I was wondering what you girls do with your hair when you work out. I usually pull mine back in a ponytail, but it's starting to damage my hair. I work out often enough that my hair ties are rubbing the same place in my hair frequently.

French plaits or braids are good or a top knot if it doesn't pull on your hair.

When I work out I put mine in a bun and I put treatments in it so it soaks up all the conditioners in the mean time.
