I haven't changed any of my skin care products but I have my foundation(but I've used it before) and literally going from normal skin in 2 days my skin is flaking off. Foundation is clinging to it and just making it look disgusting. Please help because I feel absolutely repulsive.

If you havent repurchased your foundation or other makeup products in a while, it might be because they're expired so they don't work as well, but if not I'd suggest using and extra layer of moisturizer (or two if needed) over the areas that get flakey :)

Sometimes it is hormones or seasonal changes that trigger skin issues. If you aren't already, I'd start using a hydrating face wash, such as CeraVe and keep water on the cool side. I like Mario Badescu Seaweed (aloe based toner) to help keep your skin balanced.. I'd also use Embryolisse Lait-creme Concentrate as my morning moisturizer/primer. Sometimes a product just do it for you anymore because either they've changed, or you have so look for samples of foundations aimed at dry skin. I love MUFE Face and Body and Lumene's CC Cream. The Dream line from Maybelline is also an option, as is Laura Mercier on the higher end. Lastly, I highly recommend Philosophy Microdelivery Wash, which is an incredibly gentle exfoliation that hydrates and keeps dry patches at bay. Thicker night cream that you let soak in then seal with Jojoba is a great finish.

I feel this struggle! My skin is usually dryer than the Sahara! Make sure you're getting enough water, also, consider a cream moisturizer! My favorite is cerave's jarred cream, and I suggest applying this twice a day , once at night and in the morning before applying any makeup! And what the other ladies said, exfoliate!!

My skin used to flake until I used the Mario Badescu Seaweed night cream. I loveeee that stuff. I use it for both my daytime and nighttime creams because my skin gets so dry.
