I haven't tried either blushes, but color wise, I think the nars super orgasm would compliment your fair skin better 😊 that's just my personal opinion though!

Benefit coralista would be great for your skin colour! It doesn't really show up on medium and dark skin but on pale skin it is beautiful it's is abeautiful true coral and it has a nice glow.

NARS has some of the best blushes on the market. I also really like the Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes, you don't need much and they last all day.
