Has anyone with red hair dyed it blue over the red? If yes, please tell me how it turned out! I'm planning to try this to get a purple color.

I agree with the ladies above, it might not give you the color you're looking for, Dear. I would try to let the red fade, then if you want a purple color you might want a purple/blue dye and you might have to dye it more than once to get your desired shade :) Good luck Dear!

Also I am doing blue first than adding purple over it after. I will be using manic panic after midnight and purple haze.
