Ok, I want to love this mascara! I like it when it's on. But putting it on is hard! Maybe I got a weird tube, that's what I'm hoping, but it seems like the brush is just covered in thick, clumpy mascara, and it doesn't scrape off when you pull it out of the tube. I have to scrape it myself and make sure the brush is actually somewhat defined before I try applying it to my eyes. Has anyone else experienced this with this mascara? I think I'm going to buy a different one instead of the original, but I've seen so many raves about it and I was disappointed with the packaging, I guess.

The only time I've experienced something like that with mascara was when it was bad! Try taking it back to the store. I buy the original Voluminous (as well as other varieties of it) and have never experienced that before. You probably got an old tube! I hope you find a good tube because it's my favourite!

no yesina, it isn't a gold tube. it's like dark gray with gold letters.

ok, Danielle, that's what I was kind of hoping, that it was just a bad tube!
