Beauty Product Reviews

way better than age rewind

I could not get the age rewind in the brightener shade to work for me, I don't know if it's my skin tone or what, but it made my undereyes look ashy. This, however, is amazing! Love it! Recommended to me by melmphs on youtube, I use it in radiant just for my under eyes and I think it's a really great product.

love!

So I finally bought a sample packet of this at ulta. It was $4 and I'm going to get at least 2 uses out of it, if I can't squeeze a third. I used it sparingly tonight, my first time, haha. I have long hair, too. So basically my hair is amazingly soft and looks great. Super shiny, I just love it! HOWEVER... I get very similar results with a coconut oil treatment and that is wayyy less expensive! I'm going to do my coconut oil next week and see what it feels like in comparison now that I've tried this one, and I'll come back to update my review.

my go-to scent

I've been using this perfume for the last few years, ever since I discovered it! I used it exclusively for a while, but I do have to switch it up now ;) I still always keep a bottle and use it on a regular basis.

this is the only makeup product I have ever returned. EVER.

The shadows had worse fallout than anything else I can think of. They were incredibly difficult to work with. My eyelids were incredibly itchy when I used the shadow insurance and some of the shadows! Usually I can find a way to work with whatever products I buy, or I come back to them later, but this had to go back. I'm bummed because the shades were pretty, but what does that matter if they're impossible to work with?!

not for me

This did NOT fill my pores! I got a sample and I'm glad because I wanted to buy it. Thank goodness I got to try it first. I really don't think it did much of anything. I'm disappointed.

it's nice

I like the color and consistency of this eye primer. You could use this as just a quick eyelid color in a rush, or leave a bit under your browbone as a highlight. I got mine in a palette and I like it a lot. I prefer shimmer primers over matte anyway, but that's just personal preference.

fabulous!

This powder is my favorite! The first time I bought it was back at the beginning of the summer. I wore it to work, and I'd worked there a year, and got a TON of compliments! People were saying I looked so pretty, what did I do differently, etc. Crazy how one simple product can make a big difference.

yummy

These are great for summer especially! they're just light enough and the smells are so pretty. Victoria's Secret scents in general are pretty much all a hit with me. You can't go wrong! There's something for everyone, and every occasion, whatever you're going for.. sweet, sexy, whatever!

I just started using this conditioner in the last few weeks and it's nice. it smells soooo good! i've been using stephanie's tip to get the excess water out of my hair first and then I leave it in my hair, up in a clip, while I finish my shower (shaving, etc). I don't think it's any better than pantene pro-v deep conditioners but it isn't BAD, either.

gets my makeup off easily

this takes my makeup off very easily, and a little goes a long way. it's oil free, which is great, because I hate if my eyes feel greasy after taking my makeup off. the whole point is for my eyes to be clean! i've used the target store brand that's the exact same stuff, and that works just as well.
