Bhcosemetics, definitely! They have not only eye pallets, but cheek and lip pallets as well! (: They seem to ALWAYS be running promotions, which is a bonus, and if you spend 50$, they'll usually send you a gift, such as an eyeliner or a pack or fake eyelashes or whatnot. I think they have the best quality eyeshadows, very comparable to high end products (: Right now their 120 eyeshadow pallets are going for 16$. The only downside is the fact that its only accessible from the internet, but its worth it!(:
