Hi beautiful ladies!!
hope y'all are having a good day!
so I stopped biting my nails about 2 weeks ago!---gross habit,I know I tried breaking it every way I could think of over the years and nothing worked! but they are growing pretty fast and one of them bent today and I had to cut it! :( does anyone know of any really good strengthening polishes? any general advice on growing nails longer and stronger?

I use OPI Nail Envy, but girl here's the biggest tip I can give you for growing your nails. When they start breaking on some edge, cut some tiny piece of toilet paper and put it on top of the Crack, you can use base coat to help the tp stay in place. Then put some nail glue or super glue on top of the tp so it hardens. Finally file it so it's flat like your nail bed and paint your nail usual. You can use two layers of tp and the layers of polish and top coat really help keeping it together. Also I find oval shaped nails way more resistant than squares.

I use a piece of a teabag usually to fix rips in my nail :)

I do the same as kattya but with the soft pad of a band aid lol. But I don't use super flue or nail glue, I just use lots of costs of clear polish. Then file it once it's dry
