I love Laura Mercier Flawless Finish Fluide. It plays nice with oily skin and not only that sometimes I don't even have to bother with applying setting powder as it dries down leaving a slight powder finish. My skintone gets a little weird in my chin region so when I use the LM it color corrects that area quite nicely. Bobbi Brown's CC cream is another one...I know you asked for a foundation formula but I just thought of throwing that out there for ya.
