I agree with Shanae. It looks completely unblended and I can't even see what the colours look like. It also looks like you've done your brows a little too harshly, but that might be the filter.
I know you said you're going to blend the crease (and the transition between the light and dark needs to be blended too), but we can't really help you properly if you don't show us a finished product.
There are some tiny white lines on your top lid which suggests that the primer or shadow has creased or transferred. I'd suggest either waiting a little longer for the primer to set, don't pack as much shadow on near/in your crease or invest in a setting spray.
I would also add more content to your thread, like a step-by-step. How did you achieve the look?
