@Alma I would say may skill level is decent (I can do winged eyeliner with ease and blending is not an issue) I tend to wear more neutral colors.

I'd personally do bronzed highlighted skin and a pinky gold on the eyes.
Obviously, if the rest of your body is pale you may want to self-tan or omit the bronzer on the face, since a romper shows quite a bit of skin.
