ELF lock and seal, is it like she-laq have you tried it?

I just [and by just i mean just hit order] ordered ELF lock and seal and with their prices ya cant beat'em. I was just wondering if anyone has any feedback on this and if so have you tried she-laq as well? is it comparable?

I don't like it...it stings my eyes and since you have to brush it on it pretty much smeared anything I was trying to seal...but it works ok for making matte lipstick stay...but it taste horrible even after it dries

I use it like fix plus. I use it to apply eye shadows and pigments wet. It works decent for that.purpose!
