If you're simply trying to highlight you can always just use w foundation 2 shades lighter than your normal. I've also heard great things about maybellines age rewind concealer which isn't supposed to crease. I picked 1 up yesterday in the neutralizer shade (it 'erases' dark circles-yellow shades cancel out purplish tones and orange cancels blue) and I'm still playing around with it but so far it's pretty cool.

If you want a drugstore one, the maybelline dream lumi touché is really nice. The Bobbi brown corrector is a good high end one. Anything with a salmon undertone will brighten your under eyes though :)

I agree with Miranda's suggestion for the Maybelline one! I'm using the one in 'radiant' and I love it~ It doesn't provide full coverage, but it's great for brightening.
