Okay I haven't tried Tarte myself since it not available in my country, but that would definitely be the one I would get! I have tried Too Faced shadows (not the sugar pop since I'm a neutral girl) and they are so great! I use my chocolate bar palette every single day! the shadows are buttery and pigmented and just lovely!

I think a lot of it depends on what colors you'd be most likely to use. Tarte's palette is obviously all neutral, which you may like, but personally I have both the Sugar Pop palette and the Shadow Box and I adore both of them. I think they're absolutely wonderful, super pigmented and easy to work with. I'm personally not at all a fan of the Anastasia shadows, I find them powdery and poorly pigmented. I would stay far away from that one, personally.

I have the sugar pop one and I love it, it has beautiful colors dor spring amd summer and you could even get a neutral look out of it, the tarte one is all neutral and comes with a blush so I'd say thats a plus if you need a new blush ir just expirementing I'd say that is a great pallet to start with since it has neutrals and a blush. the anastasia one I loooove I want so bad because of those beautiful summer colors! I also really like the shadow box but I don't really care for UD shadows I like them but I don't use them that often. so really I would go with the tarte one if you want neutrals and Anastasias if you want color but its really up to you

Shadow box! UD is great quality, most neutrals, wearable bright colours, and in my opinion most bang for your buck.

I have the tarte one and I really like it, but if your looking for something with color I would suggest getting it since its all neutrals.

I think that if you have none then the Anastasia has the best variety of colors, you can add them to any look and make it wow because they are so bright. As much as I love the Tarte you could get similar ones in quads, the Too Faced has too few colors and I don't love the selection of the Urban Decay.

I have both the UD shadow box and too faced sugar pop. For basics, the shadow box is a great pick! It's a great start to a makeup collection. I think it's more of a basic, whereas sugar pop is more of a fun splurge.
